FeetUp® Flow: Core Strength and Inversions w/ Jelena

Do you want to learn how to use the FeetUp Trainer to develop dynamic core strength to support your inversion practice? In this video,  Jelena Lieberbeg of KickAssYoga.de will guide you through an accessible flow to do just that.

She’ll warm you up, take you through a ladder sequence to build strength with focused awareness, and help cool you off with some easy twists. Feel free to try as much as you like, add whatever works for you body, and adjust accordingly!
